Shipping Policy
Free FedEx Ground Economy Shipping Within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii)!
Tweak orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are processed within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Free shipping applies to orders of $199 or more shipping to an address within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Transit Time
Transit time with FedEx Ground Economy is typically 2-10 business days within the contiguous U.S. based on final destination zip code. Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, etc.)
Overnight Shipping (Domestic shipments only)
Tweak orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Overnight shipping is available for shipments delivered within the contiguous U.S. Customer is responsible for overnight shipping charges ($50) which will be added to the order.
International Shipping
International shipping is not available through the Tweak Hearing website. You must contact us directly – info@tweakhearing.com If your order has a Ship-To outside of the United States, email us for a shipping quote.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship to domestic or international PO boxes. All orders require a verifiable physical shipping address, and we are unable to ship through alternate couriers.
Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 45 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it for a full refund*. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
There will be no returns accepted without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization, contact our office at 1-888-815-3240 (Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm ET) to speak with a representative. Alternatively, you can email info@tweakhearing.com for the return information.
*Excluding any shipping charges included on the original order as they are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred when returning your item to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for any damage. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
