Tweak orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Orders are shipped via FedEx and are processed within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Free 2-day shipping applies to orders of $199 or more shipping to an address within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Overnight Shipping (Domestic shipments only)
Overnight shipping is available for shipments delivered within the contiguous U.S. Customer is responsible for overnight shipping charges ($35) which will be added to the order.
International shipping rate ($40) covers shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship to domestic or international PO boxes. All orders require a verifiable physical shipping address, and we are unable to ship through alternate couriers.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it for a full refund*. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Excluding any shipping charges included on the original order as they are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred when returning your item to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for any damage. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
